Poiscaille is a 100% French, sustainable seafood box. Inspired by farm-to-table models and CSAs. Poiscaille buys fish, shellfish, and crustaceans directly from fishermen to offer consumers products that are undeniably fresh, sustainable, and ethical. There is no commitment and plenty of flexibility, but most importantly, this subscription model minimizes waste and guarantees a stable, year-round income for the fishermen in Poiscaille’s network. It’s a win-win for everyone: the subscribers, the fishermen, and the oceans.
